Whenever I'm consulting with a client who is struggling with making a decision I ask them to visualize walking through a revolving door. During the visualization, after they enter the door they can then choose to walk on through to the other side or if the new place feels too scary they can choose to circle all the way back to the place from where they started. Simply being able to visualize going thorough the motion of exploring new places can help release stuck energies that are keeping us in indecisive mode, or aiding our procrastinations.
