Kundalini Yoga - Interview with Gurmukh

The subject of this video/interview on India television is using Kundalini Yoga for stress management. Gurmukh addresses hypothyroidism and Gerd (acid reflux). Non alkalne diet is recommended, suggestions include turmeric, onion, and rice with beans, and organic fruits & vegetables. I have a copy of Kundalini Yoga With Gurmukh VHS tape (now available on DVD) and highly recommend it.
