Yes, you have landed at Spiral Visions.com -- I'm in transition. I was experiencing blog bloat and was forced to ditch my old blog. A spanking new default installation of Movable Type is now in place. I have some work to do. And wouldn't you know it, my cable went out. I'm at the local library typing out this message. Older blog posts are currently mirrored and residing at http://spiralvisions.wordpress.com during this transition.

If you get a chance, check out the article, Shake Your Chakras (beginning on page 96), of the March issue of Body and Soul Magazine. The article was written by freelance writer Scott Lajoie. Lajoie interviewed me about my Chakracises prior to writing his article. Quote from the piece reads:

"So how can you break down blockages and free energy? Phylameana lila D̩sy, an Iowa-based energy medicine practitioner, suggests doing chakra strengthening exerises called chakracises to provide targeted stimulation to these stagnated areas."

I was also interviewed for an upcoming article in Woman's World magazine, but I haven't gotten word on publication as yet.
